Cancellation Policy for Muscle Mechanic Sports Massage

At Muscle Mechanic Sports Massage, we understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients, and to accommodate their needs as much as possible. However, we also have policies in place to ensure fairness to our therapists and other clients.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

1. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £25.

2. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the appointment fee.

3. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate you if we can, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule you and you will be charged the full appointment fee.

Payment Policy:

1. All cancellation and no-show fees must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.

2. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.

3. We require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel or no-show.

Exceptions:

1. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. If you have an unavoidable reason for cancelling within the 24-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.

2. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please do not come to your appointment. Cancellation fees will be waived in this case.
