I first discovered sports massage following numerous injuries and later as a way to assist and complement my training while in the military. Inspired by the benefits and effective results that sports massage therapy delivered, I studied to achieve my Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy following leaving the army and qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist.
I am passionate about using massage, mobility, and movement for improving quality of life.

I teach self-administered massage techniques to reduce muscle stiffness, and soreness, and aid in the recovery of musculoskeletal injuries or pain.

I work with you to understand your needs to ensure I provide the highest quality individual treatment.

Not simply here to help you recover and send you on your way; I work with you to devise a treatment and prevention programme that leads to a lasting change.

I have always trained and participated in various physical activities throughout my life. But these days, when I’m not treating clients, you can usually find me in the gym or out walking (preferably in the hills) with my dog Fox.

Performance Session

A more complete session combining hands-on treatment with personalised mobility, rehab, or movement guidance to help you keep improving between appointments.
Ideal if you want more than short-term relief and would benefit from simple, practical exercises or advice to support training, recovery, or injury prevention.

Best for: active clients, gym-goers, runners, recurring issues, and those wanting a plan.

Focused
Follow-Up

A shorter follow-up session for existing clients who need targeted work on one specific issue.
This is best used for continuation, maintenance, or checking progress after a previous appointment. Not recommended as a first appointment or for multiple problem areas.
